The first one I saw was at Pima's post office and I stopped to tak a photo not realizing that the rest of the day I would see many more.
There was gradually more and more by the side of the road, and then there was a forest of them on the side of a hill.... and no more, none at all after that hill.
This time of year the desert also had spots covered in California Poppies. Orange is my favourite colour so obviously I love California Poppies
